Melissa Carpenter

Melissa Carpenter's stoneware and procelain are wheel thrown and hand trimmed. Each piece is banded with pastel colored slips and decorated with intricate trailed designs. The slip trailing process creates a pleasing relief effect. Her fully functional work compliments both casual and formal settings.

Alice Kelsey

Alice paints in both pastel and oil, creating colorful, expressive rural landscape and still-life paintings in a style best described as "abstract impressionism." Many of her paintings are started on location in farm fields and woods. Alice paints full time and has received awards at regional and national exhibitions.
